Players who don't get it - Longread for casino and affiliate programs that are frankly fucked up already. I totally understand that showing ovners/investors the here and now numbers is of course fucked up, but fuck.... Tomorrow will come too, probably the day after tomorrow too.

This post came about after several cholivars in some chats on the topic: «How we have everything fucking organized, everything for the players, everything for the people», and the fucking LTV is because the players are faggots, and the chocolate is not to blame.

The main problem is that casino managers, their bosses, their bosses' bosses and others involved have never been players themselves. That's why they have no fucking clue what a player wants and why LTV is like shit.

What the player needs:

• Problem-free payouts, fast payouts! No fuckups and delays. If a player is completely sick and because of the fast payouts withdraws and re-deposits countless times - well, limit the number of keshauts to 3 per day! (Not transactions, but exactly keshouts). If you withdraw a player quickly and a lot - you do not give him this money, but lend it to him, and at an unbelievable interest! So unbelievable that any MFO will seem like a charity fund.
• Adequate verification! Prompt! And not the kind when a player needs 84 times to rephotograph his passport, and then respect you still selfies with a piece of paper and some spell written on it! Player who won and he 2-3 days fucked brain with verification will not come back to you. If he comes back, it is no longer a player and masochist-dickhead, and the dickhead is unlikely to have a lot of money. And also very much delivers when the so-called security service calls the player and asks what slots he played and what finger poked on the button. Are they fucking crazy? Why and what the fuck for?
• Simplicity. Many times I've seen how the main pages of casinos are just shitty sliders, gifs with winnings, and some even manage to shove there a video player with autoplay some big winnings. What the fuck is the point? The player doesn't give a fuck about your perversions in terms of dressing up. What matters to him is how fast he gets to the «Spin» button and what will be the result of pressing this very button. Yes, of course, do not need to make the casino looks like a fucking newspaper, but overload it is also not comilfo. In this particular case we had to accept 60+ p2p transfers in a few hours - you know, right? Casino #1 didn't go out of their way to allow a deposit from crypto and withdraw those millions to the same. The amount is left/lost there as well, the casino is sent the fuck out, the account in it is permanently blocked. Casino #1 is happy that it saved a few millions, because it's fucking stupid and thinks that saving = earning. But the player had more money, within the next 2 months he loses 16 million to another casino, like casino #2! The dry fact is that casino #1, who thought they had done everything fucking great and were happy about the savings, fucked up 4-5 times the profit! And that's just in two months! How much it fucked up at a distance of 1-2 years is even scary to think about. And this is only 1 case with one particular player. What the fuck is wrong with you economists?

These 4 points are not everything you need to pay attention to and work with, but writing about other things when even these basics are ignored is a monkey's work. At least fucking get through them.
