Gambling in the country is regulated by law «On gambling activities».

Two state bodies are responsible for control:

Gosfinnadzor (under the Ministry of Economy) - licensing and supervision of land-based casinos.
State Communications (under Mincifra) - control over online gambling and internet platforms.

The powers of the regulators include:

Issuance and renewal of licenses
Maintaining registers of operators
Suspension and revocation of licenses in case of violations

Registration of legal entities in Kyrgyzstan
Full package of documents: articles of association, information about the founders, lease agreements, bank statements, etc.
Personnel requirements: 50% - citizens of KR, age of employees - from 23 years old
