The problem is not just the long dashes. A person has been given the right to select people - instead of analyzing them, he labels them: «A long dash means a neuron! We don't need such people.» Very convenient.
The problem is also that such grief experts pretend to be all-knowing, but can't string two words together. The attached video to the post is an example of this.
