Job Description: Head of Link Building

SEO company (80+ people), focus is iGaming.
The main task is to create a sustainable, scalable and transparent strategy at the project group level, unify current processes, build a team and take control of all channels of getting external links.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a unified linkbuilding strategy.
Process audit
Building an in-house team (linkbuilders, outreach).
Connecting sources: outreach, PBN, eternal links, etc.
Implementation of analytics (profile monitoring, anti-spam).

Requirements

3+ years in linkbuilding, deep understanding of SEO and Google algorithms.
Experience with RU/EN sites, difference in approach.
Ability to build processes from scratch (KPIs, quality control).
Leadership skills, analytics.
Polygraph Readiness.
