Hi! We are a dynamic SEO-company specializing in the creation and promotion of websites in search engines. Due to the active expansion of the company we are looking for a Project Manager (SEO-direction, organizational processes) specialist with experience.
Staffing 80+ people, working mostly on a remote format

Responsibilities

Daily monitoring of the status of tasks and control of their completion dates
Quick and clear assignment of tasks according to ready ToRs
Checking the correctness and completeness of the technical specifications
Work in CRM systems for monitoring and analytics
Pinging and reminders to those responsible for tasks within set deadlines
Using Ahrefs analytics service for project needs
Organization of purchase and renewal of subscriptions for necessary services
Working with anti-detect browsers
Creating and planning sprints for different departments
Filtering and prioritizing tasks
Coordination of tasks between several departments
Anboarding and adaptation of new employees
Control of employees' workload at each stage of the project
Checking the implementation of individual tasks through the HTML code of the site
Maintaining and updating reports in CRM
Working with Excel, OneDrive and Google Spreadsheets
Task management on kanban boards in Asana
Creating automated processes and boards in Asana
Reporting collection via customized search in Asana
Working in a multi-tasking environment with a constant stream of incoming requests

Requirements

Experience as a project manager in SEO from 3 years.
Ability to manage tasks in Asana or similar task trackers (Trello, ClickUp).
Experience overseeing processes and tasks across multiple teams simultaneously.
Attention to detail, structural, ability to not miss the little things.
Manage over 40+ projects simultaneously (MUST)
Competent written communication - you will correspond frequently, set objectives
Proficient in Google Docs / OneDrive / spreadsheets / presentations.

It'll be a plus:

Experience working with SEO teams, understanding of the terms: semantics, linkbuilding, content TORs, landing page TORs, etc.
Knowledge of the technical side of websites: HTML, CMS, layout, implementation of tags.
Basic task verification skills (visual verification in browser, layout, links, graphics, etc.).
Knowledge of English at the level of correspondence (B1+
