A number of media outlets have pointed out that several operators continue to operate on the App Store in India despite the passage of a law banning RMG activities. Most notably fantasy sports operator «Jumbo Fantasy» and cryptocasino «Stake» continue to operate quietly, with Jumbo Fantasy placing «We Never Stop. Play freely, recent government regulations do not affect Jumbo».

Many operators also continue to distribute Android APKs via Telegram and social networks.
