Kalshi: 9 out of 10 Americans have a favorable view of prediction platforms

The survey, conducted for Kalshi by Axis Research between September 18 and 23, 2025, covered the 1 219 respondents nationwide with a «proportional distribution by demographic characteristics.».

According to his findings, 89% of respondents agreed that Americans should have access to prediction platforms, and 70% welcome the opportunity to invest in specific outcomes, such as elections or commodity futures.

It is also noted that. 79% respondents believed that such markets should be overseen by federal regulators rather than state gambling commissions.

The results of the survey are generally expected and appeared as timely as ever. Kalshi continues to fight for its legal status with regulators from several states at once, and how this fight will end is unknown. However, with a strong roof and competent strategy of public opinion formation the platform has all chances to avoid any legal difficulties on the territory of the country.
