Behavioral instead of links: does it work or not?
How much behavioral factors can help to raise the site in the top, if there is no budget for links? For example, under the review of slots to make a bot that will go from Telegram, Reddit, Quora to the site and emulate behavior (100-150 visits per day, different IPs, random actions)?
Artificial behavior will not lift a site if it is empty, weak or unresponsive on its own.
Google responds not to clicks, but to patterns of genuine interest.
Bots do not repeat these patterns.
100-150 «dead» hits a day:
- do not create natural chains (click → scroll → return → branded search → re-enter),
- do not form a time-of-day distribution,
- don't give the normal depth of transitions,
- do not create a background of external signals (mentions, CTR dynamics, browser saves).
That's why these launches look like noise to Google, not life.
Which really works without links:
- live conversions from Telegram/Reddit (even 20-30 per day);
- microsignals: saved tabs, direct hits, returns;
- Asymmetric traffic: bursts, pauses, different behavior;
- micro-content updates every 2-5 days;
- branded requests, even 2-3 a day;
- distributed social memories (one Reddit, one Quora, one chat room).
Google distinguishes between «movement» and «mechanics».
He doesn't believe in clicks. He believes the ecosystem around clicks.
If your budget is zero - it's better to have 20 live conversions per day from one Telegram chat than 200 bots with perfect simulation.
The first one moves. The second one just makes noise.
