What? That's impossible, you might say. In sweepstakes, it's not only possible, it's also quite acceptable.

⭐️ Sweepstakes work patterns

• 01. SOI (Single Opt-In). This is the lowest-paying area: here they pay simply for the fact that the user has left contact data. Further on the backend, there are certain buyers who buy back this contact data for insurance, housing and utilities, or something else.
• 02. DOI (Double Opt-In). The systems are quite similar, except that users will need to confirm their mail by e-mail.
• 03. Credit Card Submit (CC-Submit). Here, the user needs to link a credit card and pay a minimum charge.
• 04. Reward Offers. If you take the USA market, there is a rather large company there, whose shares are even on NASDAQ. They have an interesting line of gift cards. For example, a user can get SHANE 750 or Azara gift cards. However, it is not enough to leave your data, you need to download an application or subscribe. The more actions of this nature the user will perform, the larger will be the nominal value of the gift-card. Reward-offers have stricter rules: here you cannot guarantee anything; you cannot say that it is a raffle.

⭐️ Rates and seasonality impact

• $4-5 is quite an adequate payout for Germany. Germany usually pays more, because it is a bit stricter with confidential data. But the starting payout for Germany is $4-4.5.
• Seasonality has a big impact on the rate. In the summer season, the capes are cut, the rate is lowered. People go on vacation - they have no time to leave data online. «Season» is for the New Year + the first months after it.
• It is better to work with direct advertisers rather than through CPA networks. And how do you reach direct advertisers? Show up at conferences, keep LinkedIn and have a powerful bizdev department.
• Generally speaking, LinkedIn is always a straightforward way to reach someone. The bigger the advertiser, the harder it is to get in if you're solo. In the classic way, it's the argumentation in the form of successful cases that makes the difference.
