Uganda has access to the following lakes: Victoria, Albert, Edward (Rutanzige), Kyoga, Kwanya, George, Bisina.

The following rivers flow through the territory: Nile, Semliki.

Mountains in the territory: Stanley, Speke, Baker, Emin, Gessi, Luigi di Savoia, Elgon, Muhabura, Sabiño, Gahinga, Kahuzi, Moroto, Kadam, Biega.

Volcanoes present in the territory are: Elgon.
